The following terms and conditions (the "Agreement") administer the use of the www.thecsacademy.net website and services (“Services”) advertised and available on or at the www.thecsacademy.net website (the "Website"). The Website is owned and operated by Thomas Voigt. The Website is offered subject to your (the "User" or "you") acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies and procedures that may be modified and published from time to time on the Website by Thomas Voigt – including, Pricing, Refund, Privacy Policy and others. If you disagree with this Agreement, please refrain from using the Website. Thomas Voigt offers a refund policy adhering to the policies mentioned.
1. Access & User Information
To purchase services on the Website, the User may fill out the contact form (including all required personal information). The User must notify Thomas Voigt immediately of any security breach or unauthorised use of its account.
Thomas Voigt may change, suspend or discontinue the Services, Products, fees, charges and terms at any time, including the availability of any feature or content. Thomas Voigt may also impose limits on certain features and Services or restrict User's access to parts or all of the Services without notice or liability. The User certifies to Thomas Voigt that if the User is an individual (i.e., not a corporation), the User is at least 18 years of age. The User also certifies that it is legally permitted to use the Website and takes full responsibility for the selection and use of the Website. This Agreement is void where prohibited by law, and the right to access the Website is revoked in such jurisdictions.
2. Modifications
Thomas Voigt reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify this Agreement, fees, charges and terms at any time. The User shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications. Use of the Website by the User following such notification constitutes the User's acceptance of the changes in the terms and conditions.
3. Payments and Fees
Thomas Voigt may save User’s credit or debit card information unless the User notifies Thomas Voigt otherwise through an email to [email protected]
By accepting this Agreement, the User is confirming that it is legally entitled to use the means of payment tendered and, in the case of card payments, that the User is either the cardholder or have the cardholder's express permission to utilize the card to effect payment. Thomas Voigt may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse Service to anyone at any time at Thomas Voigt's sole discretion. Thomas Voigt will not be liable to User or any third party by reason of refusing or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
Unless stated otherwise, all fees and payments are quoted in British Pounds. The User is responsible for paying all fees, payments and applicable taxes associated with our Website and Services.
4. Online Payment Security
Thomas Voigt uses the secure Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. All online credit card transactions performed on this site are secured payments.
Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Thomas Voigt or any outside party.
All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.
All transaction data is encrypted for storage within bank-grade data centres, further protecting your credit card data.
5. Refund Policy
Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair to you and us.
Please see below for more details regarding refunds for our digital courses. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a refund.
All refund requests for these courses must be made within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.
Please note that all coaching services, including 1:1 Consulting, have a no refund policy. All sales are final.
General Refund Process
To initiate a refund for eligible courses, please email customer service at [email protected].
After we receive your request, we will process it accordingly.
Please allow at least five (5) business days from the receipt of your request to process your refund. Refunds may take an additional 5 days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

6. Consulting sessions
In undertaking to meet with you Thomas Voigt is committing hisself to meeting you on the time(s) we have agreed upon. Thomas Voigt will endeavour to create a safe and confidential learning environment so that you develop your self-awareness and take responsibility for managing your learning. In undertaking to see me for consulting you are committing yourself to seeing me at the agreed time(s). For our consulting relationship to work well it will be important for you to come to your consulting session(s) prepared to explore and analyse the aspects that you want to change. In consulting, we will look at those things that interfere with your progress and inhibit you from reaching your full potential. In particular, we will explore those attitudes, behaviours, values and beliefs that hold you back and stop you from doing the things you want to do. All consulting services are confidential unless you give me information you want me to discuss with other people.
If either party needs to cancel a session, we will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible to the other party.
In the event that you are 10 minutes or more late for a session, the session will still end at the appointed time.
If Thomas Voigt misses or cancels a session with you, you will be reimbursed for the session fee paid or the session fee paid will be applied towards the next/rescheduled session, as agreed upon by us.
If you fail to arrive within 10 minutes of the appointed session time, it will be considered that you will not attend, and the session will be cancelled. If you fail to show for a scheduled session without providing prior notice, the full session fee shall be payable. In the event of cancellation with a notification of 24 hours or greater from you, no fee will be charged for the cancelled session. For cancellations with a notice period of less than 24 hours, you (or your organisation if it is paying) will be responsible for paying the full agreed-upon rate for the cancelled session.
During the consulting sessions Thomas Voigt will keep meeting notes to record your agenda, notes of the meeting and any action points you have set to work on. You are free to have these notes at any time. Thomas Voigt will keep those notes in a confidential file throughout the agreement and then store them for 12 months after our agreement has ended. After 12 months the notes will be deleted/ shredded or sent onto you on your request.
7. Limited Liability
Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, I makes no guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind or nature, expressed or implied with respect to the services negotiated, agreed upon and rendered. In no event shall Thomas Voigt be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, losses or results. By buying any services on the Website you have read the above information and you understand and are in agreement with its content. Your details will be stored in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regulations.
8. General
No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer, relationship, etc. is intended or created by this Agreement. You acknowledge that you have all the necessary permits to grant us with User’s personal data to fulfil this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. In our sole discretion, we may assign this Agreement upon notice to you. Headings are for reference purposes only and do not limit the scope or extent of such section. Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. We do not guarantee that we will take action against all breaches of this Agreement.
